Dita Von Teese is an American Burlesque dancer, costume designer, model, actress and entrepreneur who were born on the 28th of September, 1972 in Rochester, Michigan. Marilyn Manson was her Ex-husband and she is often considered to be the person who was responsible for re-popularizing Burlesque dance performances. She began her career at a pretty young age and was highly encouraged by her mother. Her mother loved and rejoiced Hollywood’s golden era and this affection eventually found its way into Von Teese’s life as well. She received the training for a ballet dancer at quite a young age. At the age of thirteen, she gave her first solo ballet performance for a local ballet company.
Von Teese was always fond of tattoos. She believed that a beauty mark on her upper left cheekbone would enhance her appearance. That is the reason why she got a tattooed beauty mark on her upper left cheekbone and indeed, it did enhance the appearance and look of her face. She got this tattoo made from Classic Tattoo Studio, a tattoo shop in Fullerton, CA at the age of 17. She has also mentioned in several interviews that she admires men and women with tattoos.
