Natalie Louise Maines Pasdar, popularly known as Natalie Maines was born on 14th October, 1974 in Lubbock, Texas. She achieved success with the all-girl country band, the Dixie Chicks. She earned 10 CMA Awards and 13 Grammy awards with the band. Her band’s alum “Taking the Long Way” earned 5 Grammies including Album of the Year. She released her solo album ‘Mother’ in May 2013.
She has three tattoos on her body including a Dixie Chicks tattoo which all three women from the band share, which are tiny chick foot prints. Her other two tattoos are a picture of the Earth with the word “peace” in Latin scrolled around it and a back tattoo which is a star with two words on it in banners. Her Dixie Chicks tattoo is a sign of the incredible success she achieved with the band and all of the members have the same tattoo as a sign of bonding and togetherness with her other two band members.
Her ankle tattoo which has the picture of the Earth with “peace” written around it, she has been known to be a rebel and has voiced her opinions fiercely, she is a fighter for peace and is a social activist who loves helping out people. This tattoo is an apt representation of that side of her active personality. Her back tattoo is a star tattoo with two names in banners which is perfectly drawn and artistic in nature. She sure knows how to be a diva and flaunt the body art in style.
